Membership Cancellation Policy For cancellation of a new membership please submit any request via e-mail to, E-mail cancellations must contain the following:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • E-mail address
This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your renewal. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. The Club does not provide refunds of dues for existing members.  If ever considered it would only be with specific Board of Directors approval and then only under unique and compelling circumstances.
