DESCRIPTION:Ranges D and E - Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Match\nSmallbore Rifle Silhouette Match\nLocation : Range D and E\nThis match is the 3rd Sunday of each month at 0900-1300\nMatch Director: David Phillips\nContact: Brandon Marsh -  riflesilhouette@austinrifleclub.org\n \n\n\n\nSmallbore .22LR Silhouette (D&E), 3rd Sunday of the month. Set-up and sight-in start at 8am with the \n\n\nmatch starting around 9am.  \n\n\n\n\n\nCourse of Fire: 22LR (short, and long ok) only, no 22 mag or high velocity ammo. Course of fire is 10 \n\n\nshots each at free standing 1/5 scale chickens at 40m, pigs at 60m, turkeys at 77m, and rams at100m. \n\n\nBenches also available for youth or new shooters who do not want to stand for the entire match.\n\n\n\n\n\nNew for 2025 will be a bench rest/f-class style .22LR match at 100m on silhouette swingers. These \n\n\nswingers are a 1/5 scale chicken, and 1/10 scale pig/turkey/ram all placed at 100m. Course of fire is 10 \n\n\nshots at each all taken from the bench. A front rest is allowed to be used. The rear of the rifle must be \n\n\nsupported by the shoulder only. \n\n\n\n\n\n
