Ranges D and E - Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Match Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Match Location : Range D and E This match is the 3rd Sunday of each month at 0900-1300 Match Director: David Phillips Contact: Brandon Marsh - riflesilhouette@austinrifleclub.org Smallbore .22LR Silhouette (D&E), 3rd Sunday of the month. Set-up and sight-in start at 8am with the match starting around 9am. Course of Fire: 22LR (short, and long ok) only, no 22 mag or high velocity ammo. Course of fire is 10 shots each at free standing 1/5 scale chickens at 40m, pigs at 60m, turkeys at 77m, and rams at100m. Benches also available for youth or new shooters who do not want to stand for the entire match. New for 2025 will be a bench rest/f-class style .22LR match at 100m on silhouette swingers. These swingers are a 1/5 scale chicken, and 1/10 scale pig/turkey/ram all placed at 100m. Course of fire is 10 shots at each all taken from the bench. A front rest is allowed to be used. The rear of the rifle must be supported by the shoulder only.
